3. Service rules
1. Warranty period: 12 months from the date of acceptance (or the contract stipulated period).
2. Free service scope:
Functional performance failures caused by non-human factors (including component problems)
3. Scope of paid services:
· Damage caused by improper use of the user, force majeure or abnormal environment
· The charging standards shall be subject to the official "Repair Service Price List"
4. Technical support
· Lifetime technical consultation. ·
· Provides 7×12 hours (9:00-21:00 daily) technical consultation, and provides remote online/offline support if necessary.
